Plastic crusher equipment bearing replacement method
Plastic crusher equipment usually has a relatively bad working environment, so the damage rate of components is relatively large. For some easy-to-wear parts, they are often damaged, which involves a replacement problem. Bearings are one of the most vulnerable parts of plastic crusher equipment, and replacement is also an inevitable problem. So what should be paid attention to when replacing bearings?
Generally, each manufacturer has its own method to replace the bearing. The machine mainly introduces the precautions of using the impact method to replace the bearing.
1. To protect the shaft head from damage: a sleeve with a force-bearing surface thickness of 40mm can be made to cover the shaft head, so as to prevent the flywheel from directly hitting the eccentric shaft and damaging the shaft head.
2. When using a crane to lift a heavy object to hit the eccentric shaft, the center line of the flywheel should be kept in a straight line with the eccentric center line as much as possible.
3. The position of the impact bearing should be selected properly, so that the bearing will be separated from the moving cavity first. If the axis is offset, continue the impact after aligning until it leaves the moving jaw cavity.
After replacing the bearing, assembly and installation are required. When assembling and installing, there are two points to note:
1. When installing the eccentric shaft and the bearing on it into the moving jaw, place the moving jaw upright, pad it with a flywheel to keep it off the ground to a certain height, and try to make the axis of the moving jaw cavity perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Burn wood under it, let the flame pass through the cavity, heat the movable jaw cavity for about 1.5 hours, then lift the eccentric shaft and fall vertically into the cavity. In order to ensure that the bearing is installed accurately, the oil seal, end cover and retaining ring of the bearing are installed in advance on the shaft head of the lifting end, and then the external bearing is installed. In addition, it is necessary to ensure the number of revolutions of the eccentric shaft of the plastic crusher.
2. After installing the eccentric shaft, keep the moving jaw still, and then install another flywheel. Four suitable stud bolts can be used, one end is put into the four screw holes of the shaft head. Then, hoist the take-off wheel horizontally, pay attention to the up and down direction of the flywheel, slowly put it down, the shaft hole passes through the 4 bolts, the flat key is aligned with the keyway, the shaft end cover is put on the 3 bolts, and the backing plate is added. Put on the nut, press down on the flywheel, and hit the flywheel hard at the same time to quickly complete the installation of the flywheel.
