The customer's company is a factory that produces plastic beverage bottles. Some water in the waste beverage bottles. The customer wanted to crush the entire bottle containing water. We recommended that the customer use a TLV6032 plastic crusher and a square vibrating screen.
The design of the TLV6032 plastic crusher can crush with water because the bearing separates the crushing chamber. This TLV6032 plastic crusher can meet the customer's requirements. The discharge port of the plastic crusher is made into a recycling type to avoid splashing outside when discharging.
A vibrating screen is used to separate materials and water under the discharge port of the plastic crusher. The upper layer of the vibrating screen outputs materials, and the bottom layer of the vibrating screen outputs water. This design and combination makes it convenient for customers to crush and receive materials. Customers save time and improve the efficiency of crushing materials.
