This is a customized plastic crushing and recycling collection system designed for a customer in Thailand. The system includes a 15kW plastic crusher (Model: TLP6033), equipped with a 3kW blower and a 200kg storage hopper. The conveying pipe diameter is 102mm, and a dust collection bag is installed for efficient dust control.
The customer mainly uses this machine to crush plastic housings from small household appliances. During operation, the materials are crushed and simultaneously conveyed to the storage hopper by the blower, achieving automatic material collection and improving working efficiency.
The storage hopper is equipped with a transparent viewing window, allowing operators to easily monitor the material level from outside. A dust collection bag is installed on the top of the hopper to effectively collect fine dust generated during crushing, ensuring cleaner plastic granules.
The TLP6033 crusher is suitable for crushing a wide range of plastic materials, such as plastic housings, plastic lumps, plastic crates, plastic sheets, and more. It can also handle materials like fiber, sponge, small electric wires, coconut shells, etc.
