Vibration screen feature:
1.The basic principle of a vibrating screen is to use a motor shaft equipped with a heavy hammer (unbalanced weight) to convert the motor's rotational movement into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional movements. This motion is transmitted to the screen surface, causing the material on the screen to move in a complex trajectory, thus earning the series of vibrating screens the name "spin vibration sieve" (circular vibrating screen).
2.The rotary vibrating screen has the advantages of a long material running path and a high utilization rate of the screen surface.
3.By adjusting the phase angle of the hammers at the upper and lower ends, the motion path of materials on the screen surface can be modified. This allows for fine screening and probability screening of materials.
