Loading Vertical Height Considerations

The standard conveying height is 4 meters and the horizontal distance is about 2 meters. If the conveying height is higher than 4 meters, a more powerful motor must be used. If the conveying height is less than 4 meters, the suction power of the machine will be correspondingly enhanced and the output will be relatively increased. When the feeding height is the same, the greater the density of the material, the output will be relatively reduced; if the density of the material is smaller, the output will be relatively increased.

 

Conveying horizontal Distance

If the material barrel on the ground is far away from the machine, you need to choose a high-power vacuum pump auto loader machine. It is recommended to use a split 900L hopper loader.

 

Material shape

If pure granular raw materials are transported, and there is no powder in the granular raw materials. Generally, a 300G or 400G vacuum auto loader is used. If the user's economic conditions are good, it is recommended to use the split 900G model vacuum auto loader.

If the conveying materials contain a small amount of powder, an 800G or 900G or 900L vacuum auto loader is required. 4. The sensor of the suction machine is damaged. The quality of the sensor is related to whether the alarm function is normal. If adjusting the parameters does not solve the problem, the sensor may be damaged and just replace it with a new one.
