Plastic drum crushing machine feature:
The machine consists of a base saddle, motor, bearings, flywheel, chassis, belt, discharge mesh frame, knife shaft, blade, fixed blade, feeding hopper, and material plate. The drive spindle motor rotates the blade through the belt, allowing the material loaded onto the knife shaft blades to be sheared by the fixed blade in the housing.
It is used for crushing plastic barrels, hard plastic products, bottles, fiber, and similar materials. The crusher is easy to disassemble and assemble, requiring no complex operation. The feeding hopper is connected to the main body with fastening screws, which can be loosened for easy cleaning.
No foot screws are required; it can be installed on a smooth, stable concrete floor.
The knife is made of high-quality imported steel, allowing for repeated sharpening and extended use.
