Ultrasonic vibrating screen is based on the general industry rotary vibrating screen. The ultrasonic cleaning device is introduced. It converts 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electric energy into 18KHz high-frequency electric energy, and inputs the ultrasonic transducer to turn it into 18KHz mechanical Vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient screening and rapid net cleaning, making the screening of ultra-fine powder easy. The system introduces a low-amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen on the basis of a traditional vibrating screen to improve the screening performance of ultra-fine powder. The ultrasonic net applicable to the expansion of the ultrasonic system has the same ultrasonic power source, connected to a net cleaning transducer, and the radiating surface of the ultrasonic transducer is in contact with the blocked net surface, and the relative displacement can clear the blockage of the net port.
