Waste chemical barrel shredding equipment

The TLP series of large plastic shredders are suitable for shredding barrels, drums, plastic pallets, PVC pipes, profiles, HDPE, and other plastic products, including sprue openings.

The front blade inserts, with large cutting angles, improve cutting efficiency, produce uniformly shaped particles, and reduce powder generation. The force is evenly distributed, increasing the shear force of each knife, which effectively enhances the tool's cutting force and reduces knife wear.

The cutter is made of SKD-11 or 9 CrSi material, known for its good toughness and wear resistance. The blade extension length is adjustable.

The shredder uses high-quality bearings, which are sealed to prevent powder entry, ensuring smooth rotation and long-lasting durability.

Models with power above 22 kW are equipped with an independent electric box control cabinet. They can also be connected to a recycling system or conveyor belt for use.

The inlet hopper body adopts a double-layer structure filled with sound insulation material. The thickened shredding chamber ensures low noise during operation.
