According to statistics, the scrap volume of tires in China is not less than 1.5 million tons per year, with an annual growth rate of 10%, and the recovery rate is only 30%. As waste rubber can not be comprehensively utilized, most of it becomes industrial waste, which not only wastes a lot of available resources, but also causes black pollution and seriously affects our living environment. The annual consumption of rubber in China ranks first in the world. At the same time, China is also a serious shortage of rubber resources. Rubber is imported every year, accounting for 60% of the total consumption. There is simply no way out of the current situation in a very short time.
There are many waste tire processing technologies and methods:
The first is the prototype utilization, which can be directly used to prolong the life cycle of waste tires. It is the most direct and lowest cost treatment method at present, but it can not recycle waste tires for secondary utilization.The second is auxiliary fuel, which can reduce operating costs and energy consumption, but will cause air pollution and can not be reused.
The third is thermal cracking treatment, which can realize the recovery and reuse of resources, but requires high technical level, high energy consumption and high equipment cost.
