Waste rubber tire shredder

By adopting European technology, the shredder effectively crushes extra-thick, tough, and large materials (such as oversized items, refractory materials, large plastic pipes,rubber tires, packaging barrels, plastic mats, and forklift pallets) and is suitable for the shredding and recycling of various plastics, rubber, and wood materials. Shredded materials can be as small as 20mm, depending on specific requirements.

Various feeding hoppers can be provided according to customer requirements.

The shredder operates at low speed with reduced noise and greater energy efficiency. The rubber tire shredder consists of a moving knife plate and a static knife that work together to cut materials. The cutter plate includes a base shaft and multiple quadrilateral moving cutter blocks.

Each moving cutter block has four cutting edges, which can be rotated and replaced as needed. The moving cutter blocks are arranged in V-shaped rows along the base shaft and secured with screws, rotating with the base shaft to form the moving knife disk. There are two sets of static knives fixed on the frame of the crusher equipment.

The material is driven by a horizontal hydraulic cylinder and fed to the knife plate.

The feed speed is stable and adjustable, providing strong and uniform propulsion. The rubber tire shredder is suitable for recycling various bulky solid materials, irregular refractory materials, plastic containers, plastic barrels, pipes, film, fiber, paper, and more. The spindle speed ranges from 45 to 100 RPM, ensuring stable operation and low noise.
